The postgraduate program in German Law (LL.M.) is only open to participants who have obtained their law degree abroad. It lasts two semesters and can only be started in the winter semester. Upon successful completion, the title "LL.M." is awarded.
The postgraduate program in European and International Business Law is primarily aimed at foreign students who have already obtained a first law degree in their home jurisdiction. Upon successful completion, it leads to the award of the title "LL.M. (Eur)". People with a foreign degree are only recommended to participate if they have very good German language skills. The program lasts two semesters and can also only be started in the winter semester.
Please note that this program will be permanently closed from the winter semester 26/27 onwards.
The postgraduate LLMuc-Program in European and International Economic Law (LL.M.) is designed for foreign students who have already obtained a first law degree in their home jurisdiction and wish to deepen their understanding of the international legal frameworks shaping the global economy. The program is taught entirely in English, spans two semesters, and begins exclusively in the winter semester. Its tuition-free structure ensures accessibility regardless of financial background.
